How do I enroll my athlete?
Simply follow the “Enroll Now” buttons anywhere on the site. Then select your desired program(s).
How do I know what program is best for my athlete?
Please see each program’s description through the Join the Project page. We have something for every age and ability hockey player! For additional guidance please reach out to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the difference between Elite programs and Standard Training Camps & Development Leagues?
The Elite programs are a more advanced series of programs where we ask that athletes attending those programs have at least played some form of high level hockey; AAA, AA, or a competitive 1 level. Elite programs have extended ice and dry land periods as well.
What is a day at the Project like?
Why do similar appearing programs differ in price?
Pricing differences reflect increased ice time, as well as additional professional support; i.e. sports psychologist, skating instruction, and coaching.
What is my athlete’s specific OHP program schedule?
Prior each Training Camp and Development League program we’ll email our families with more details, helpful reminders, and the specific schedule. For a better idea please refer to the schedule noted on that particular programs page. Each program may vary slightly due to ice and venue availability.
What does my athlete need when they come to the Project?
Hockey equipment, athletic clothing, and athletic footwear are always a MUST. Its never a bad idea to throw a few healthy snacks in their bag too!
Do you offer discounts?
Absolutely! We offer early bird discounts, multiple program discounts, multiple athlete discounts, and flash sales. Discounts are applied at checkout. Drop-In Spring & Power-Skating Sessions are excluded from any discounts.
Do you pro-rate any of your programs?
This is on a case by case basis.
What is your refund policy?
Will you help dress my athlete at your programs?
Absolutely! We’re some of the best equipment assemblers in the game!
Do you provide lunch?
No. Due to the increase of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we ask that our athletes bring their own lunches and snacks. We’ll have refrigeration options and healthy snacks on site.
What if my athlete has participation restrictions?
No problem! Please communicate any issues with us in advance. We’ll be sure to tailor their experience around their needs and preferences!
Do you have any position or skill specific camps?
Yes. Every single program we offer is completely comprehensive. However, we host a few additional camps; Power Skating & Edge Control, Position-Specific Battle Camp, and ELITE level camps.
Do you do anything for goalies?
Absolutely! We have our Goalie specific Camp, as well as 1 day mini clinics. Also, at every single program we host we’ll have our goalie coaches on site overseeing the goaltending.

What takes place during dry land?
During dry land we’ll conduct fun and challenging stickhandling circuits as well as performance training circuits. Our training circuits emphasize speed, agility, explosiveness. Our performance training uses the most modern, professional methods to lengthen stride, increase quickness, increase flexibility and, create a better, more powerful, efficient athlete.
What are your development sessions?
This is where we take the awareness and educational experience to the next level! During these sessions we dive into topics such as: goal setting, nutrition, competing with a mental edge, team building/character/leadership, and most importantly positive reinforcement of what our athletes are learning on the ice.
Will my athlete have any breaks in the day?
Absolutely! We have multiple snack breaks in our day. Also, to give our athlete’s a mental break we play games which challenge and enrich communication skills, team building and aerobic conditioning.
Are parents allowed to watch?
Please do! We love and encourage parental and family support!
