With over 85 years of cumulative experience to draw from we provide our athletes with every ounce of knowledge, experience, and passion we have. Our staff consists of current and former Professional, Collegiate, and Junior players, who have all come through the various ranks of Cleveland Hockey and are committed to making our athlete’s goals and needs their number 1 priority!

Philosophy & Concepts

Our skill development process is as innovative and progressive as it gets! Our educational process maximizes our time away from the ice, where we enrich our athlete’s life skills. We discuss critical topics such as: Nutrition, Goal Setting, Attitude, Work Ethic, Preparation, Performance Training, and Injury Prevention. Our FUN delivery and overall process instills confidence and passion in all our athletes.

03

Experience

We never lose sight of our mission to positively influence the athletes we work with. We put our athletes in a challenging, motivating, extremely positive environment that help them to grow and enjoy their process of development.

We recognize that Cleveland hockey player’s need to have a truly homegrown, “world-class” development opportunity right here at home! The Project takes great pride and responsibility in being Cleveland’s first and original independent skill development organization. We’ve set the industry standard and we are relentlessly working to break that standard year in and year out! From on-ice sessions, to dry land sessions, classroom and video analysis we surround our athletes with every resource they could ever need.
