Mite-Squirt + Peewee-Bantam Training Camps

These comprehensive full-week options provide an incredibly FUN experience, where our athletes are challenged in a positive environment to push their skills and take their game to the next level! Throughout the week every athletes can expect a mixture of skating, shooting, puck handling, and game play scenarios!

Power Skating & Edge Control

This specialized week takes our athletes through an in-depth breakdown of their skating mechanics. We’ll address edge control, pivots, stops + acceleration, stride length and power! No question your athlete will be leaving this week with an improved stride and noticeably quicker overall speed!

Battle + Checking Camp

This intense week focuses on safely and effectively engaging in battles and contact. We’ll take our players through every situation imaginable, from wall battles, corner progressions, puck protection, properly angling an opponent as well as safely making body contact.

Forward-Defense Training Camp

We break down position-specific scenarios, patterns, roles that each position is responsible for. Defenseman can expect a number of scenarios on puck retrievals, offensive blue line work, pivot and backwards progressions. Forwards will hit their offensive attacks, zone entries, and low plays!

Goalie Camp

Led by coaches Shannon Szabados of the Women’s Olympic Canadian team and Evan Moyse of the Ohio State University Men’s Division I team, goalies can expect a detailed week mixing in fundamental footwork, crease work, angles + challenging, rebound control, and power skating.

Pre-Season 3-Day Conditioning Camp

The perfect jump start to your pre-season! This 3-Day high intensity program is designed for players looking for that extra push as they finish up their off-season and head into the pre and early season! We’ll be hosting two separate groups: Mite-Squirt and Pw-Bants.

ELITE Week - AA/AAA Level Camp

New this Summer – This intense week focuses on training like a pro. This half day camp takes athletes through the day in the life of a collegiate-professional player. Each day will consist of two on ice sessions with one off ice training session. Both on and off ice sessions replicate the exact progressions a NCAA-Professional athlete work through in a day of work.
